i'm trying to get better players to come to my team

what are some good ways for getting them to sign with my team

also how do u get the players to enjoy their visit to your school?

  1. You have to recruit good in state. Focus on in state first and it helps to beat your rivals, especially those from your state. 2nd, think long term when recruiting. You have to balance your team so you may not get alot of blue chip players, but if you can get key blue chips, over the years you'll build a winner. For example, year one recruit HEAVY on O and D line and try to build those and maybe a great QB, year 2 focus heavy on RB-LB blue chips, year 3 try and bring a stud receiver ready to play and some D backs and suddenly your 3rd season you have a solid all around team with blue chippers all over the place. Continue to fill your voids with local kids that are big and capable.
