What are some good techniques to open your mind?

So that you will have an better opportunity to see or communicate with a "spirit"? In most cases when the mind is clear & open, will you have better odds.

I personally do a steeping bath with lavender added.

  2. If you believe a bath with perfume in it will affect your cognitive abilities then I think you're just about there.

    EDIT: as far as meditation goes, you can do this even while you are working. its called being in the zone. I do this all the time while I work. I may be doing a task, but my concentration is also on being calm while i do it. Anyone can do two or three things at once, its being able to do it without it becoming stress. there is a difference.

I'm not a paranormal investigator or a ghost hunter or a psychic etc...but i've never heard of ghosts coming to places that smell good.Seems like they're always in prisons or basements or places where there is dissension etc. Also, I think if a ghost is not there...where you are...they can't come to you. Do you have any reason to believe there is a ghost in your house? But these are just my thoughts...maybe others with more experience can give you better insight into this. But to me.."if it ain't broke ..don't fix it!" If you don't have a ghost there already...don't try to bring one into your home. You're sending an open invitation to something that could  haunt you ..

  6. I find deep meditation on a daily basis very important. I don't mean 10 minutes a day either. Also, I think a  good diet is important. I think people need a "balanced" life--in  all aspects of their lives. If I am having a stressful or emotional time in my life; I am more out of tune with mother nature. love, peace, harmony
