    farm theme

  3. I think like the safari themes or the beach theme would be really cute.. My husband likes to hunt so we did our boys' rooms in Camo

  4. I think our babies room is so cute. Different blues and chocolate brown stars and circles.

  5. try this site: http://interiordec.about.com/od/boysroom...

  6. i used bright colored fish "under water theme", apparently it's good for their eye developemnt

  7. I did my last son's in a Raggedy Ann & Andy theme. A little old fashioned, but it looked cute and unique. I used a lot of reds and blues. Found an Andy area rug with some cute Andy dolls online. I used a lot of natural dark woods and found amazing old fashioned looking furniture.

During what I called my "nesting period" I found some Raggedy Ann & Andy material at the local craft store and made pillows and curtains. Easy to make even if you're not experienced with sewing.

With my older son I did a Peter Rabbit theme. Easier to find things for Peter Rabbit. I used a lot of baby blue materials and leafy greens. Had the Peter Rabbit stroller and car seat to match that I found at Walmart, along with blankets, stuffed toys, books, and a few hanging pictures.

Not as unique, but it was cute.

Otherwise you can pick maybe a favorite childhood item, doll, book, ect to use as a theme and some of the colors associated to make your own.

  8. I love just plan blue with pretty white ruffles on the crib and some items on the wall of horses

  9. Vibrant bright colors for the wall paint...like a shocking blue or electric green. Mines gonna have like a skater punk theme. I dunno though, if i did something cutesy it'd be animals, like the jungle or african animals or something-ooo no- i'd do a theme like from the book "where the wild things are!"

  10. my son's nursery is decked out in a noah's ark theme.i chose it for obvious reasons lol. it's also a popular theme for twins.

    there is also

    nautical

    jungle

    beach/ocean

    circus

    teddy bears

    farm animals

and the list goes on ...i'm sure you'll find the perfect one for your little boy

  11. We have a farm animal theme.  We have cute farm animal, barn and tractor stickers (fat head type) on the wall along with a moo moo bedding pattern.  I have a girl (we didn't know what we were having) so this is a good theme for a girl or boy.

  12. Check out babysupermall.com.  They have tons of great stuff and can even help you match it to your existing paint colors.  I did the Jungle Babies set, but they have tons of other cute jungle and other theme sets too, and the prices are great!

  13. my son's room is in blues, green, and then cars of all different colors. his dad is not big on sports so we did not use that idea. my cousin who had a boy about the did the sail boat theme. i love the turqoise and brown stuff that is out now.

  14. I like Noah's ark for a boy's nursery.

  15. I think a surfer theme is the cutest.  Its not super babyish, so you can keep it as he gets bigger.

  16. Im having a boy and I let my husband pick the theme- sports. But if our next baby is a boy I'm doing the room with boats and sailing.

  17. i done sesame street
