  1. Squats, easy.

    Stand with your arms at your sides and your feet slightly apart. Slowly bend down while keeping your back vertical and your feet flat on the floor. As you do so, swing your arms forwards and use the momentum to push yourself back up. At first you might not be able to go down very far, but keep at it and you'll get better.
