  1. Lettuce, spinach, olives, pickles, onion. With mayo, mustard, chipotle sauce, american cheese, salt/pepper, oil and vinegar. Un toasted on wheat.. VOILA!!

  2. Not toasted, with salt & pepper, honey mustard and a bit of sub sauce.

I am a big fan of either Parmesan Oregano bread or Italian herbs and cheese.

    Yummy... now I want one.

  3. I definitely suggest the veggie wrap with your choice of veggies and then fat free honey mustard and no cheese.  That way you have a low-fat and delicious meal! Be sure to add some yogurt, baked chips or apple slices as well to complete your meal!

  4. I always get the veggie sub.  I don't like the veggie patty that Subway has, but you can try it if you think you might like it.

I just get the Veggie Delight with lettuce, tomato, onions, bell peppers, and black olives.  I also get salt and pepper and usually honey mustard.  It is sooooo good on their Honey Oat bread.  Oh oh and provolone cheese too!  Mmmm you just made me want to go get one!

    I prefer mine untoasted.

  5. Not toasted. The oil and vinegar is good and so is the ranch dressing on a veggie sub.

  6. I hate toasted 'cause they always burn the bread where i go.

  7. Monterry cheddar bread with no cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, green pepper, olives, banana peppers, southwest sauce, salt and pepper, parmsean cheese. Now the trick is put the banana peppers on, but before you eat the sandwich pick them off. delicious. I love their wraps too.

  8. My fav sub!!

Lettuce, Spinach, onions, olives, tomatoes, banana peppers and pickles.  Low fat Italian dressing.

When I want some spice i put jalapenos on it and there southwest sauce on the side.
