They have a Benadryl Spray that's over the counter that you spray on the itchy areas. Then to work on the inside, you can try Childrens Benadryl, following the directions on the box of course. Keep an eye on the child and make sure that they're not having any trouble breathing or anything. It that happens, take him to the ER right away. Other than that, if the hives don't go away, you might want to take them to their doctor to get a Kenalog shot and talk about what may have caused the hives in the first place and how to avoid them!
