What are some good tricks/pranks to scare someone with?

ok, so today i went over my friend's house and we hid in a closet and called her home phone and her little sister came down stairs to answer the phone and she was screaming, where are they and the phone kept ringing! but what are some more good tricks/pranks like that, not stuff like rubber band over water sprayer, but something like that

here is one i learned off the internet  you fill a small bowl with water and sprinkle grinded pepper over the top of the whole bowl to cover the top of the water then you have the person you are playing the trick on stick their finger directly into the middle of the bowl into the pepper and touch the bottom (nothing will happen) then you do the same with your finger and the pepper will all at once move to the outer rim of the bowl (the trick is that you have to put a dab of dawn or some other brand of dish soap on the tip of your finger, you are gonna be sticking into the bowl and for some reason the pepper moves!!  :) =) after you stick your finger in and the pepper moves you say "pepper doesn't like me"!!  it is real funny and it actually works!!  even though it is not what you are looking 4 it is pretty coll and very simple to do

take your brothers cell phone out of his room in the middle of the  night and hide it. yo i no this messed up, but trust this real freak them out.

Get an empty bowl and fill it with a lot of sugar but also leave some stirring room. Then put some cold water in it. Not hot, because it just won't work. Not too much water though. Just enough to when you stir it, it will start being thick and white and start looking like "***". When your victim goes to bed or something, put it in the microwave just to make it warm, not hot. Then get a spoon and go up to your victim's room and start spreading it on him/her. If your victim's a heavy sleeper put in on their body (face, hands, arms, etc.) If their not, put it on their pants or shirt or something. When they wake up, if your vicitim's a guy, he'll be so grossed out and confused. If it's a girl, she's gonna so freak out and go get pregnancy tests.

It's kinda gross, but really funny once you get the prank done.

throw rocks at a window

cover a toilet in saran wrap, so when you pee it comes back at you

call them like in the ring and say- you have seven days.. until you die

but make sure when you do you type *67 then the number so it says private on caller ID

put a bug next to them in their bed
