As far as I know, there are no colleges that are famous for study abroad programs. However, you should research a few universities and find out which schools have study abroad programs in which country. For example, let's say that you want to study abroad in Italy, you'll need to find a college that has a study abroad program there, or even better, you could find a college that has a branch in that country. That way, you can go to that country, and attend classes almost like you were in the US. It would cost the same as a semester, you'll be learning pretty much the same thing, but you get to experience the culture of another country. If your college doesn't have a branch in that country, you might have to attend another American college there, or even a local school. I actually don't know much about this topic.
