What are some good vacation spots?

I'm 18 and looking for a fun vacation spot to go to that is in the U.S. Some place that has lots of girls to meet, and a great place to party. Most likely some place with a beach and warm weather.

Well since you want to meet people, it sorta elminates the spots... although it doesnt rule out Chicago, IL. Near the beach ( Lake Michigan) and has a night life... its also not as expensive as New York City or Los Angelos.
