  1. Well I'm a picky vegetarian, but this sounds weird to most people.

A sandwich with lettuce, cheese and mayo, better if the bread is toasted.

Also, tortilla chips in spinach/avocado dip is pretty good. Applebees and Fridays both have a variation.

  2. Vega burger!

I'm not even a vegetarian anymore(was for the first 7 years of my life though)

But I still love vega burgers! They also have vega meatballs and vega hot dogs but I think these are gross.

But yea..I prefer vega burgers over regular still!

  3. Tempeh, seitan, tvp, beans, pasta, pizza, amy's frozen dinners, boca burgers, tofurky deli slices or hot dogs, morning star crumbles, falafel, pita bread and hummus.

  4. Portabello mushrooms, sweet potatos, broccoli. you really cant go wrong with those....Potatoes or any hearty vegetable. Fruits are always good.

  5. like organic meats so that you can get at least some protein.

  6. salads

    grilled vegetable cobobs

    fried zucinni,eggplant

    veggie burgers

    buttered-garlic pasta

    spinach balls

    vegetable soup

  7. Chips and salsa, salads, macaroni and cheese, fries, I could go on and on...

  8. Beans, nuts, oats, whole grains, a large variety of fruits and veggies, whey for extra protein, etc. Just try to get as many different foods as you can that aren't meat to make sure that you get all your nutrients.

  9. be creative with rice and vegetables combined. some combinations offer the same proteins as meat and you can still taste somethin

  10. My kids eat all of these:  http://www.cheap-and-easy-recipes.com/ve...

  11. Potato salad, potato soup,

  12. there are these veggie - chicken burgers you can buy made by a company called yves or something like that. they're really good (dont taste like chicken though). rice is always good. also, check the soup section, there are alot of tastey soups with no meats. you cant really go wrong, just substitute your meat with more veggies
