  1. You'll probably get a zillion suggestions for nice home-made meals with lots of fresh ingredients.  Delicious, healthy, but maybe a bit time-consuming.  Here's a suggestion for those days when you just want something quick and easy: try some pre-packaged ethnic foods (like Thai or Indian).  The flavors are different from the "same old same old" that you may be used to, and it's possible to find some that are made with only good ingredients.

I just dug the box from last night's dinner out of the recycle bin.  We had "Jaipur vegetables" from TastyBite, over heaping bed of string beans, and we topped them with some toasted cashews  The ingredients on the boxed part are:  "water, tomatoes, potatoes, green peas, carrots, paneer cheese, green beans, cashewnuts, watermelon seeds, onions, sunflower oil, raisins, cream, salt, chillies, ginger, garlic, herbs, spices."

I'd be way too lazy to make this from scratch, but the boxed version is quick and easy and doesn't have any preservatives or weird unpronounceable chemicals.  And it tasted good!

Here's a link to TastyBite's vegetarian section for other ideas:

  2. no idea what boca stuff is but you can try bean burritos? soups? lasagna with no meat, cheese with veggies is delicious enough as it is lol, bean tacos? veggie patties? fruit cocktails (peaches, grapes, pineapple, and some cherries all together) -taste really good as a desert, cheese fondue with veggies? lol i'm out of ideas

i never heard of anyone dying from eating their *** off with soy products, or i never heard anyone suggesting i dont eat soy products less then 5 times a week so i doubt it can cause much harm to your body

or you can do what my gf does and pig out on a cake in the morning, a pie for lunch, and order a large pizza and eat it on the way home, all vegitarian food ofcourse

    hope i helped!! goodluck!!
