What are some good vegetarian quotes?

I know a lot of really good ones already, but I can't find any that are a good enough "slap in the face" to a public audience.

I'm having to make a poster for my 2-D art class about a controversial topic, and I'm picking vegetarianism and animal rights. Please let me know any good ideas!

Also, it would be better if they were shorter because it is going to be a poster. Thanks!

The only one that I can think of is one that my hubby likes to use because it's sorta funny:

Vegetarian voices are heard by the animals, animals cant eat the voice of the omnivores as they are already dead.

Animals are said to last after humans die out, why fight this this?
