What are some good video editing sites?

Question

Not just pasting videos together or making a slide show- like where you can make some look like its on fire or make stuff explode. Or something like this :

I have already tried uploading my videos on photobucket and that sucked. So nothing like that :D

no websites and nothing free can do that if i were you i would just gather up 149 bucks ad buy fxhomes effects lab or pay 1000 dollars for after effects fxhomes effectslab  is an entry level special effects software
