  1. first off you need to do squats to strengthen up leg muscles-- calves, thighs, buttocks. then comes the arms pushups little weight lifting.  core exercises- situps, crunches supermans.  jumping rope- increase stamina.  and running a lot 1- 2 miles every other day. try this link.

  2. I'm a High School Volleyball player, so hopefully, I can help you out!

First of all, you'll want to run. A lot. A mile a day is good, if possible. You need to stretch your leg and arm muscles before any physical excercise. Try this, for arms, it's one of my favorite stretches:

Have someone stand behind you and pull your arms back until you say *STOP*! Then, have them raise your arms up, slowly, still behind you, until you say *STOP*!

It helps with your back and arm muscles, and feels great!

For legs, try this: Lay on the floor, flat on your back, and cross one leg over the other. You'll sort of roll automatically onto your side. Stretch your leg over as far as possible, and hold it for 15 seconds. It feels so great! <:

Now, you may want to try warming up with a bit of bumping, setting, and hitting. Hitting is a major part of volleyball. You need strong arm muscles.

Try practicing bumping and setting with a partner, and you'll get better. Always drink plenty of water, and get plenty of rest, and you'll do great!

I hope this helped you, in one way or another!! <:

  3. Jumping jacks

    Stretching for all around conditioning

Strenghthen your calves by lifting weights with your foot

Strenghthen your thighs by doing squats

Side to side lunges to help with balance

  4. first off you need good skill like bumping or passing setting and hitting. to train first you need stamina run some hills or up and down steps . you could also run suicides.  jumping jacks are good and calf raises  i like to throw the ball against the wall or with a partner  to warm up my shoulders switching arms  then do a few push-ups before u begin  good luck
