  1. Well, you can do self-tosses for improving your approach/jump serve. Basically, you toss the ball high enough, do your approach and then spike it. It's better to do this against a wall since the ball bounces back and you don't have to get it, but it's not necessary. Doing this drill correctly will improve your timing and will be the foundation for your jump serve (if you wish to jump serve).

If you have a setter ball (it's heavier) or some other heavier ball, you can improve your setting quickly. You should set with each hand (one handed) against the wall closeup (about 2 feet). Then you can use both hands. If you want, you can also jump set but that's a skill that's not important for any position but setter.

If your park has some grassy field or soft ground, you can practice diving. You just toss the ball out in front of you, and you dive no matter where the ball is. It'll help you learn how to dive in a real game and how to protect your body when you try to go for it. (Note: People might stare at you quizzically while you're doing this drill)

    Good luck with your exercises.

  2. Jogging any thing with your legs.

  3. just hit the ball against the wall by yourself and see if you can control it like that

  4. you can self pass and self set. and a wall can be just like another player

  5. Honestly, i dont even know how to practice by myself! Volleyball is such a teamwork sport. But you can condition for the sport. You need really good arms and abs for this sport. OH and you can practice and enhance your jumping skills for hitting. and you need really strong thighs

  6. You can practise by yourself playing ball on a wall.. and be strict with yourself..

  7. Practice setting the ball straight above your head, then start walking with it.  You can also do the same for bumping/passing.  Start doing that in place, then work on walking with it in a straight line.  Of course you can always practice serving by your self.  For spiking, practice your technique against a wall to gain height, no ball needed.  This will make you better at getting closer to the net to spike.  Hope this helps.

  8. THE WALL :)

you can set, spike, downball, serve, and pass against it.

If you want to work at becoming a better jumper if you're short, ride a bike on a really low gear as fast as you can.
