Hehe....the "Elaine Dance" that's funny! I bet it's a really good workout too!! Thanks for the advice and the laugh!!

  1. Any type of aerobic exercise done under water (usually in the shallow end of a pool) becomes a very good exercise becuase you are introduucing water resistance as an added dimension.  Squat thrusts, lunges, twisting your upper body, running in the pool, anything really.

    Check out your local YMCA or Recreation Center.  A lot of times they have water aerobic classes that you can attend to get the basics and then you can just go out and use them on your own.  When I was rehabbing from a knee injury, I used them because they are low impact and I was always suprised at what a good workout I got.  I am an active person (run, surf, climb, cycle, workout, etc.) and they used to kick my butt.  You have to find one that is meant to be aggressive though and not for soccer moms or the elderly.
