What are some good ways of getting carbs into my diet?

  1. Pasta, and there are sooo many ways you can cook it and keep it vegetarian.


  2. you need to eat what most nutritionists call "good" carbs. foods that have carbohydrates that are beneficial instead of fattenening e, whole wheat breads, rice, oatmeal, etc. Also, pratically all fruits have good carbs like apples, and if you are craving yams or potatoes eat a baked sweet potato, but regular potatoes are good too.

  3. All plant foods have carbs--only meat, dairy, and eggs are devoid of carbs.

    Eat whole grains such as whole wheat bread and pasta.  Quiona, millet, barley, bulgur, brown rice are also good grains (white rice has all the nutrition washed out of it).  All fruits and vegetables have carbs.

    As long as you eat a varied diet, you'll have no trouble getting enough carbs.

  4. All Veggies & fruits are Carbs.

    If you are refering to Startches(Grains): Potatoes, Rice, etc. then make dishes with them. It only takes 3 minutes to nuke a potato. Simple, very quick,  low fat, filling.

  5. eat more bread, potatoes and other starches, pasta...

    try to eat whole wheat whenever possible for the best nutritional value.
