What are some good ways, tips, or what can I do to earn a scholarship?

Some info that might help:

I have a 3.8 GPA and my class rank is like 196 out of 1099 students.

I haven't done a lot of extracurricular activities, except Yearbook.

I have like 70 service hours.

I go to Lane Tech in Chicago, Illinois.

I am planning to major in either nursing or some art career.

I am a junior.

I am Hispanic.

Do your best in school and play sports. I'm not putting pressure on you. Do your best that's all you do to get scholarships and get high grades! Study study study! Work work work! play play play!

Depending on what grade you are in, look into taking the PSAT - if you score well enough it will put you in the running for National Merit Scholarships.
