What are some good ways to become un depressed?

I'm depressed all the freakin time and ive tried a bunch of stuff to help it stop but it wont so please leave your advice

    i think you must sharing with your friend,parents.

    Remember that you have GOD. Always pray to your god. I believe that your god know everything what you fell.

  5. Get a bf/gf. This could really help as they are people who will always be there for you always giving you support and just having a good time with you.

    Or you could always join a team since sometimes the support of yor teammates can help you.

    Or talk about it with your best friend and then start doing more with them and other friends.

    Also try to get rid of all the bad things in your life such as bad grades or doing really bad things. These sometimes just make your depression worse.

  6. Try to list some reasons why you think you are feeling this way. What dissatisfies you in your life. Then you could try to remedy certain situations, or simply try to analyse how serious those things/situations/persons really are and if they are worth you feeling depressed. try to think how important those things really are compared to the scale of the earth, for instance, or if there aren't people who live lives even more miserable. try to find ways to cope with certain situations and then you'll feel much better.

  7. Practice thinking about other people and their needs. Med's might or might not help...They have not helped me but studying a couple of books at the site below has helped me. Feel secure in who you are and then you can focus on the outside and help with the fearful feelings. Get yours and focus on who you really are and can become.  Your only limited by your thoughts.   8. Depends on your flavor and level of depression. It can be as simple as getting out of a bad situation and actually doing things you enjoy more, or as complicated as intense weekly psychotherapy with a medication regime. Find out what's making you depressed (do you feel ineffective in life, do you have trouble with friends, does your home life suck, does no matter what you do or how happy you are, depression takes over your life leaving you unable to carry about daily activities). Best bet is to seek therapy and develope a plan to address what it is that is making you personally depressed, rather than just trying random soup can answers.
