every day for 45 minuites i do the folowing work outs:monday wednesday fridayi go to the weight gym tuesdays bleachers5 laps arround big gymthursdays5 laps arround Big gym footwork (its like jump roping with out a rope but longer and harder and not so fancy)every day20 push ups (im not sayin there good)25 sit ups + this is on top of those things above
