Ya it's important to have s*x and know when ur ovulating, but what helped me was taking a daily vitamin.  I know they say that just because u take a vit doesn't make it any quicker to conceive but it did for me, we had been trying for 3 moths and the previous 2 mths I didn't take prenatals and the third mth trying and not being successful I started taking prenatals that mth and here we are now 6 wks prego. Not stressing about it also really helps. Good Luck

sweet heart your only 18, maybe god is trying to tell you to wait and be patient .  Having a baby before your really and truely ready is a major responsibility for you and the person you are with.  If I were you I would wait and take advantages of all the opertunities that life has to offer , Don't worry about having kids right now,  go to collage - get the collage experience, date - have safe s*x - trust me take advantage of all life has in store for before you go to having kids and dealing with the responsiblity before your really and truely ready. I'm not trying to preach to you but I got pregnant @ 19 and had my son @ 20 , my son is now  7  but yet still a major responsiblity for the rest of my life both mentally, emotionally and finanually . Think about it  Maybe the whole reason why you haven't gotten pregnant yet is because god doesn't feel that you are in the right place in your life for that type of blessing- yes all babies are blessings but they are also alot of work.  God bless you

Actually, to tell you the truth getting pregnant at this stage in your life would probably be a HUGE MISTAKE! This might actually be nature's way of saying that. Trust me you've got plenty of time in your life to have a family, and you'll be alot better equipped to do that once you've done some living of your own first. Take this time for yourself to do the things you love and figure out what you want for your own life, besides having a baby. Because once that happens, there's no turning back. You've spent all your life being someone's child and being taken care of by someone else and once you have a baby, you'll spend the rest of it being the one who IS responsible for someone else. Always remember this: being childless is something you can always change but having a child isn't, once it's here, it's for life. Babies are people that have needs 24 hours a day that must be met whether you have needs or not. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE! wait to have yours, it'll be better for the baby and a lot better for you.

You should have unprotected s*x every other day if you can, have a healthy balanced diet, After s*x raise your bottom up using a pillow and don't move for at least 30 Min's this will help the sperm travel to the right place.

i agree with mrsradie and samantha a....you are to young to have a baby. i am 22 and altho im only 4 years older i am married to a brilliant man, have a good home, stable job and we are financialy stable...we are trying at the moment and although i sometimes get paranoid that i might be im not stressing about it...i only ever ask advice. every woman is diff and i have accepted that it will happen the time is right. i have posted to yahoo and got the answer i wanted and now im just chilling and waiting.
