first off im a vegetarian so meat is out of the question..i DO NOT like baked beans and i do eat veggie burgers and such so i get some protein but the other day i was lookin at my finger nails and the top layer was like peeling away my mom said it was because i dont get enough protein so i was wondering what some good ways to get lots of proteinas always ill take any comments or advicethanks a bunch
