  1. u cant. Just take deep breaths and run. thats the best you can do

  2. If I get a cramp I suck in my stomach as far as I can and that really reduces the pain for me. Hope it help you!

  3. put your arms above your head

  4. Breath with your mouth open.

  5. You can't really reduce it... You just have to ignore it and keep running. When I get a chest cramp, I try to put pressure on the area with my fingers, and it seems to help me feel better. It might just be a mental thing though...

  6. put your hands on the top of your head, raising your arms. it always works for me

  7. dont listen to the first answer. cuz its wrong, and im an actual long distance runner..

    first:

1.) Do NOT eat nor drink before a run. (sometimes bananas are better to have tho. but have one like half an hr. before you go for ur run.

2.)breathe from your nose, and out through your mouth.

3.) create a pace. and then build up your speed.

and cramps is a normal growt pain u get when u first start running.

after a couple more practices, you'll be fine, and you wont be having cramps.

hope i helped ! vote me as best answer plz!

  8. Drink water before you run, not too much, and then when the cramp comes, just run through it.

  9. Vigerous mobile masturbation

  10. Put your hands on the top of your head thats for like if you have like stomach cramps or cramps around there

  11. I had that problem a lot when I was an early runner. Thanks to WikiHow, I found a way to make it stop.

First of all, before your workouts, have a banana and some peanut butter (or some form of protein). Bananas help to reduce this crampage you've got going. And don't eat anything with salt.

Another thing that especially helped me is controlling your breathing. Breath in when you're stepping on your left foot and exhale when stepping on your right foot. Your body won't like doing this at first, but trust me, it's the right thing to do. Something about your organs' position.

As always, drink lots of water (this would involve you stopping, but it's worth it). And stretch after a warm-up lap and after your work out.

  12. I believe that's from dehydration.  You might also need more potassium (eat a banana).

  13. Stop running
