  1. what toxins? you have a liver and kidneys right? that's what they do. if you feel like you need to spend $ on something then buy those scamster foot pads. you know, the ones that you put on the soles of your feet and they magically suck out all of the toxins.


  2. All this 'cleansing' and 'detoxing' is so much rubbish. It has been invented for commercial purposes to scam money from people who have too little knowledge to know better. The body is quite capable of 'cleaning' itself without any sort of "detox" or "cleanse". All the websites that are telling you how good it is are also selling something, that should be a clue! Break away from the bulls#!t, be sensible, and forget the cleansing/detoxing scam. There are NO benefits, and despite what some unfortunate uneducated people will tell you, NOTHING actually "detoxes" you. Nothing at all. It is a useless waste of money.

  3. Fruits cleanse you, water, herbs(dandelion, milk thistle, burdock, yellow dock), any type of green food with chlorophyll such as(spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass, alfalfa).

    Anything with fiber to scrub your colon and grab the toxins like a magnet as they leave your system and enter your intestines so that it is taken from your body. I would lay off of processed sugars and meat for a little while.

    Fruits cleanse your body and vegetables build you up. it is good to eat as much as possible and give your body a break from everything else and you will feel good for doing it.

Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even good amounts of fiber and water helps some people (although it's not very comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).

It is true that our body already know how to detox.  If not, we would not have pee, pass motion or even sweat.  There are many ways to get rid of toxins.  For those who does not know, we are expose to all kinds of toxins all the time because of enviromental, daily habits etc can be a contributing factors to toxins inside your body.  Especially, those people who smoke are already inhaling toxins into their body which causes cancer.  When your body is "over polluted" with toxins, it start to have problems.

    Hence, occasionally our body need a thorough detox program but not necessary all the time as we do not want our body to rely too much on those thorough detox.  Twice a year would be good enough.

    Ways to detox

    1) Exercising

    When you sweat, you are getting rid of toxins inside your body.

    2)Drink more water

    Drinking more water will let you flush out toxins too

    3) Massage

    Massage is a good way of relaxing.  Lymphatic nodes are being massage and this is also another way to detox.

    4) Have enough sleep

    When your body is resting, it is also detoxing

    5) Juicing Diet such as Master Cleanse Diet

    This is a good way of getting a thorough cleanse inside your stomach and intestine. (suggested period would be 10 days). I would not advise people to undergo this cleanse for too long. Here are the benefits.
