  1. Do some yoga before bed. Finish with meditating, always puts me right to sleep =)

  2. A few ideas in no particular order.

    1. Avoid caffeine in all its forms for at least 6 hours before you plan on going to bed.

    2. Get some exercise during the day

    3. Keep your bed as a place for sleeping.  If you lounge, read, etc. in your bed, then studies have shown you confuse your body.

    4. Take a warm bath to relax

    5. Avoid naps

  3. lie in bed, feel your body, (not like touching) think of how your blood is running from your heart to your fingers, back up your arms, down your body, to your legs to your very toes. by the time you're to your toes, you should be knocked out.

or, picture a circle, think of lines around the circle, or lines coming from the circle, kind of like rays on a sun. by the 100th ray you should be asleep, if not sooner.

if all else fails, grab your nyquil, tylenol, ambien, bars, cold medicine. drug yourself.

  4. Go to the store and get some sominex or other sleep aid.

  5. try reading - works for me

  6. i have trouble sleeping sometimes too, but somehow when i paint my nails i'm knocked out before the paint dries and they get messed up..... lol. paint your toes ;)

  7. Wish I knew.  Sometimes if I read one of my textbooks for a few minutes I get tired, and can fall asleep.  Usually doesn't work though.

  8. try reading. but i find that when i know i need to be awake in the morning i sleep worse at night cuz i'm worrying about been tired LOL. kinda a catch 22. you will be ok - just don't sweat it.

  9. dis is what i used to do if u drink drink drink a couple of beers 1 or 2 dont get offended and if u dont drink then try drinking nyquil it will put u to sleep in a matter of minutes and get up feeling good but dont dink it every day it gets a little addicting

  10. tickle yourself, release some stress, and hopefully sleep well.

  11. SIT DOWN IN YOUR BED.

THEN YOU SHOULD LOOK SWIFTLY WHIT YOUR EYES AROUND YOUR ROOM

WHEN NECESSARY YOU CAN SING ANY THING OR TO TAKE COFFE

THE IMPORTAN THING IS THAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE

    LUCK !!!

  12. you should probably just read or drink warm milk. That always helps me =]

  13. 1.be relaxing and dont thinking in any troubles that  happened to u in the day.

    2.read some simple book.

  14. you should try to think of a story in  your head. thats what i do. : ]

  15. Take benadryl.

It has a sleep aid in it that makes you fall asleep in a matter of minutes of taking it.

I take it and it works really great and i've been able to get up early.

  16. drink milk

  17. COUNT SHEEP... plain and simple.

  18. work out a good sweat in the evening.go for a long walk,climb a tree or more.do push ups,or

pull ups.probably the best thing that you can do is go for a swim.

  19. Do something stupid(silly stuff) that is totally worth less; not like cutting yourself. What I mean is like talk to yourself, count to a million(if you could), smile(always makes you sleep better), spin your body until you're dizzy, etc.

  20. It probably depends on some things. Teenagers naturally like to be awake at night, it's simply your body clock. So try your best to deal with it. Sleeping is easier if you eat well, be physically active(but not late at night), avoid sugar and caffeine, and avoid TV, movies, or anything stimulating a few hours before bedtime. Some people like to have a bath or read before bed. Music is not good to fall asleep to unless it is in another language. Anything you are familliar with that your brain can predict will keep you awake. Meditation CDs that don't follow a melody might be preferable.

Eventually, getting your body in the habit of waking up early and not allowing yourself to sleep in will help your body clock a lot.
