  1. just keep doing pullups...if you push yourself you will get stronger at them. also when i took a cut and lost a lot of weight i noticed i could do pullups a lot easier with the excess fat being gone

  2. I'm assuming your saying you cannot to a pull up and want to get strong to be able to do them.  There are a couple ways to do this.

    1. If your close to being able to do them you can cheat be kicking your knees and legs up while doing them.  You may be able to get in some this way until you get strong enough to do them.

    2.  Have a partner help you.  Have them grab your legs and help you do the pull ups.  Eventually you'll be able to do them on your own.

    3. If you belong to a gym they may have an assisted pull up machine.

    good luck!

  3. do this:

do pull ups every third day (combine with other workout) first time, start with 1-5 pull ups (depending on how strong you are) )in three sets. add one pull up every third day (you will have to struggle hard) and in about two weeks you will notice your back starting to get buff and ripped. then you can slow it down.
