What are some good ways to starve yourself?

don't preach to me about how bad it is.. i know. i just don't care. i wanna know some ways to keep my mind off food and fast well for a month or so.. again, no preaching. what are some good drinks for starving?

  1. THE LEMON JUICE DIET, PLAIN WATER, OR CRANBERRY JUICE. ALL 3 ARE DESIGNED TO CLEANSE THE BODY'S SYSTEM.


  2. I would research fasting first.  A lot of natural health food stores carry products designed to keep your nutritional needs met while not taking in any solid foods.  Be sure to take in plenty of liquids still though.  Water and juices!

  4. Drink plenty of water or Gatorade. You could stand on your head every time you think about food.

  5. if you eat a couple small bowls of plain lettuce every day, youre pretty much starving yourself because thats like 50 calories total and you wont feel as dizzy. eating a little will make you lose weight faster than completely starving yourself because it will speed up your metabolism so veggies are a good way to go

  7. Luckily for me I didn't have to starve intentionally, it's my stress a couple of months ago that made me not eat, and I liked the result. Right now, I'm trying to lose more weight but I still eat. Slim Fast worked for me before and it's working again for me at present. I take Slim Fast on-the-go meal for breakfast and lunch and I eat a sensible dinner. The on-the-go meals can suppress your craving for food for 4 hours or longer. I know it's hard to resist food, so you can try this "method" first.

  8. Do the lemonade diet.
