  1. I used to take ballet and we used to do this for our calves.....

    Place your feet together in the form of a V then raise to the ball of your toes then go back down....do that about 100 times and you will feel the burn!  Other than that try sprinting.


  2. leg press, running, biking, long periods of walking

  3. Running up hills do the trick for me. I usually go up a hill that takes about 90 seconds from top to bottom. Do that about 6-7 times 2 or 3 times a week and you'll be good to go.
