What are some good ways to treat soar muscles? ?

I mainly have pain in my thighs and glutes from over stretching during a tumbling class.

  1. If you can get the Dr Scholls muscle massager. Its an electric massager and it really gets down into the deeper muscles and works out the lactic acid so the pain is relieved.  Costs about 50$. Well worth it.  


  2. ..actually stretch more...but not over stretching.  also ice the muscles, and take advil
