I am thirteen and I have a Bebo account, but it is private and no one can even view my profile unless they add me as a friend first. It's a lot of fun, but not if your friends don't have a Bebo...then there's really nothing to do. Unless you're into recruiting strangers as friends...

I go on YouTube a lot and have some 100+ friends I talk to. That's really all I do on the internet, plus Yahoo! Answers and the JB Fanclub. lol

13 year olds don't need to "hang out and chat".  They need to go outside and get some air and exercise.

I would like to recommend Myspace.com although PLEASE do NOT put any of your info on any site you sign up with. Even if it asks you your CITY you can just put an Initial... Don;t post your schools or anything... Don't you have a PS2 or something...that you would be willing to play instead.. haha... Just be careful...

none , that age is way too impressionable and thats so scary. I wouldnt allow my tween to "chat" on any site
