I love www.kidssoup.com!!! They charge $20/year for a full membership, (worth every penny), but they also have some free projects/worksheets as well.

We also use DLTK, and www.askanece.com a lot too.

Eduplace.com, starfall.com, and fisher-price online have great activities for small children and older ones.  My 8 year old still loves starfall.
