Recently I've launched a free community website for artists to help them promoting their work. It is absolutely free and you can upload up to 40 images. It is still in a startup mode, but I am sure it will gain momentum.

There is deviantART, FoundMyself, and GFXartist that I know of. If you want to sell it, I recommend FoundMyself. I don't know much about GFXartist, and deviantART takes a commission of the money if you're selling prints.
