What are some good work out routines?

Well i verly started working out like 5 months ago,but i had to stop because i got a gf and it took a lot of time away from me.Any ways i was wondering if anyone had any good workout routines i can do at my house.Here are some things i got at my house

-boxing net

-weights of 60 pounds

-2 , 5 pounds

-2 , 7.5 pounds

-4 , 2.5 pounds

-1 big pole to put the weights in

-2 dumbells that i can change the pounds

Thats about it. If you got any good routines i can do please tell me.

  1. I would recommend doing cardio exercises. If you have a TV, you can do some Billy Blanks routines. They really work!


  2. don't take in too much junky and greasy foods.

  3. try to do the same thing that you were doing at the gym, with what you got, you probably will only work chest, back, and arms, biceps and triceps, but thats it, you wont be able to do your legs

  4. walk in place and lift th weights?it not only put pressure on ur body,but uses lots of enery..my dad use to do it all the time....:]
