  1. Repetition is your friend, as is the heavy bag. Shadow boxing is good especially with weights in your hands, will give your shoulders alot more power as it will with tri's.


  2. push ups build triceps, forearms, shoulders, all good for forearm blocks and punches.

  3. Swimming. Trust me on this one.
