What are some good workouts to build throwing speed/distance for an outfielder in baseball?

I am a highschool sophmore centerfielder. my goal is to make it in college and i was looking for some good excercises to build my throwing strength.

  1. Besides long toss, it is a very good idea to practice your footwork.

    By getting your body behind the throw with the "crow-hop" you will build momentum towards your target.

    Do long toss with proper technique.

    Practice footwork.

    Stretch out your arm before and after throwing.
