  1. stretching, splits and pirrouttes LOL


  2. Do some stretches. Work your abs. It will help take your leg higher. Work your harmstrings. Do 50 relevees per day. Work out your balance. Buy the theraband. When you are watching tv, sit on the floor and pointe your toes. Add five more abdominals per week. Someday you'll get to 100. You can also ask your ballet teacher for some exercises.

  3. practice strengthening your legs (plies, releves, tendus, etc)

    and work on your flexibility it will come in handy!

  4. you can try to stretch and jump landing on your toes. try standing on the tops of your toes. get your mind ready to remember the steps and most important think positive. Keep a smile on your face! :)
