  1. running helps your whole legs get toned. squats target the thigh area and gives you a great butt. doing bleachers (running up and down some bleachers) helps do both. laying on your back, with maybe a play ball in between your legs, and lifting it up couple times helps too.

    try laying on your back and lift lags up way way up as far as you can

    over time you should be abel to left you legs and lower body off the floor. lay on side and lift leg

    but the key is to let your legs do it.
