What are some good yu-gi-oh gx decks?that is cheap price.?

I would say i have $5.00-$15.00 dollars.please help. can you tell me if i could get 2 decks with this amount of money.And how many cards does each deck hold up to.

Well, a couple that I got are Machine Revolt and Rise of the Dragonlords. About $10 each, 40 cards, 1 Ultra Rare, 39 Common.

if you have a card shop near, then i can give you a decklist that will cost probably 8-12 dollars and it would beat any structure deck hands down.
