  1. good ole hot water towel applied 3x aday for five minutes...one week later...you will see better, feel better

  2. you can try bilberry. that has been shown to improve night vision in some people. you may need surgery though.

  3. I don't think there's anything except for LASIK surgery to fix your eye sight.

I heard the vitamin Lutein is good for your eyes but I don't think it can correct near sightedness.

  4. Unfortunately, there are none.

As much as I wish there was a better answer, the only other way would be surgery. There are herbs and supplements that help with vision health, but they can only help the health of the eye, not the distance between the retina and lens in the eye (which is what affects the clarity of your vision). If that's what you're looking for, I'd suggest going with Lutein, Bilberry, Eyebright, Zeaxanthin, and any of several antioxidants (all of which can prevent the eyes from getting worse).

I also know people who have tried eye exercises of different sorts, but all the scientific studies that have been done on the various exercises show that they don't help the vision, but they might help the health of the eye overall.

Surgery or contact lenses are the only option other than glasses at this point in time that will improve your vision.

Sorry if that's not what you're looking for.
