What are some great Star Wars Graphic Novels?

I want to check out some graphic novels that will reveal more interesting things about the Star Wars Universe. I just played the demo of The force unleashed and am fascinated by the fact that Darth Vader had an apprentice and had to keep it a secret because of the 2 sith only rule. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

The Infinities books are really great.  They are  What If sort of tales that show how minor changes effect the Star Wars worlds.  For instance Luke's torpedoes not blowing up the Death Star, Luke being killed on Hoth, and 3PO being damaged in Jabba's chamber and not being able to translate.

The Force Unleashed is going to have a graphic novel. I've read the book and it's an amazing storyline.

Try the Legacy comics. They are 140 years ABY (after the battle of Yavin), and are so great.
