What are some great activities for teens from ages 12-18?!?

ok so i am president of a boys & girls club keystone group and i am planning the teen nights for the whole school year they are mon - thurs from 6 to 8 so 2 hours. i need ideas big time and i would greatly appreciate it from yall.....

so far i have sports weeks dance and halloween party.

about once a month we can also do something bigger on either friday or saturday

ULTRAZONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (lazer X if no Ultrazone)  or have a tournament for videogames or board games. take em swimming. camping (maybe some teens hate it)  

or have a random date dance it could turn out good or bad depending on how the teens react at first if they look upset don't do it if they get a couple smiles go ahead..

A walk in the woods to  get back to nature. A boat ride. Museum on the history of your city/area/state. Movie (Disney type)
