I would recommend checking out orbitz.com, priceline.com, hotwire.com and hotels.com just to name a few.  These websites are great in that they give you the option of inputting the city you would like to visit, the dates you are staying and the number of rooms needed.  They give you a great amount of information regarding the hotels available in and around the area you are looking at.  I would recommend checking out a couple of them before making you final decision as some of them contract with specific hotel chains to offer you a better price.
