You could have a sleepover, a movie party, a pool party, a beach party, a spa party, a hotel party, and there still are a lot more. how about a theme called "Kick back and relax spa sleepover party!" you  can do hair,nails, and all spa stuff. Make sure its a sleepover though so its more like a spa. and if you cant have a sleepover have everyone come in their pajamas!

or...you can have a really cool theme like my friend had which was like a pink and black skull theme. she had pnk and black streamers everywhere and she had pink and black balloons with skulls on them...all we did was crank up the music, swim in her pool, play volleyball, play ping pong and that was a fun party!

First of all, I love you because you don't love Hannah Montana. That aside, there are lots of fun things to do like...

Getting a murder mystery kit and playing that out.

A theme like disco or 80s- something incredibly bright that would require rummaging through your parent's closets and saying "what on earth... people actually wore this stuff? YOU wore SPANDEX?!? GROSS!"

I don't care what anybody says but movies rock, and so does the junk food that comes with it. Popcorn is where it's at.

If you have a water park around, those are fun.

Of course, going for spa-day is fun too, especially at a sleep over. Curlers, flat irons, make up, nail polish, facial masks (oh... break out the camera!)

As for snacks, definitely have popcorn, maybe some strawberries, watermelon, s'mores, candy, all the works. Virgin margaritas, mocktails, lemonade... whatever your favourites are- it's your birthday after all.

Why not have a mocktail party, where everyone dresses in cocktail dresses and get your mum/dad to make up non-alcoholic cocktails for everyone?

You can have cocktail food and dress the place up really elegant.

Or my sister had a "bogan party", where everyone dressed up as trailer trash in the flanelette shirts, and the cake was a beer can. The decorations were beer cans strung together.

Neon colors! That's what I'm doing (I'm turning 13 in 5 days!). Get a bunch of neon colored stuff like balloons, plates, invitations and all that junk. My favorite neon colors would be like neon pink, bright turquoise and lime green.
