i have some love handles that totally stand out when i wear tank tops my upper body is slim my legs are mucular but right in the middle is where all my fat goes! im very active and i can handle work outs but i want to loose it fast!!!! what are some deits and routines i could do??and what can i wear at the gym since i cant wear tanks b-cuz its imbarissing and teeshirt im too sweaty in !
