What are some great deits and routines for love handles?

i have some love handles that totally stand out when i wear tank tops my upper body is slim my legs are mucular but right in the middle is where all my fat goes! im very active and i can handle work outs but i want to loose it fast!!!! what are some deits and routines i could do??and what can i wear at the gym since i cant wear tanks b-cuz its imbarissing and teeshirt im too sweaty in !

  1. You have to lose the fat around your middle, do this by adding cardio to your routine... I do 1-2 hrs 6 days a week plus weight training. (muscle burns fat). I am not overweight but i enjoy the work out and it keeps me slim. You can use the torso machine at the gym, it will help slim your waist. As far as what to wear, who cares what you look like at the gym? Your not there for a fashion show. Wear what ever is comfortable, no one is looking at your love handles, trust me. I dont even think I notice the other people there when I go. Just do your thing and be a comfy as possible, it will help you stay longer. Dont forget to drink lots of h2o
