  1. In your 40's my mom is too.... I took her there for Christmas and stayed till New years we were there for like 2 weeks got to go to many places. For fun it's a little hipper but go to El Squid Roe its food in a night club they play older music like my mom days she had a blast be Careful though They saw my I.D and saw my B-day was like weeks before Christmas and they gave me a birthday gift...lolz a unexpected Jello shot lolz.. Also Ediths (Gorgeous) by the beach Its really up there in price very Fancy so dress up (so worth it)....Cabo Wabo is another awsome one,  The Office right by the beach ALWAYS packed everynight so you can only imagine........Just remember Have fun Love it You'll never want to leave.......All the best

  2. Got to hit Cabo Wabo, Sammy  Hagars bar.  Occasionally he shows up and plays with his band the Waboritas.  Try staying at the Melia San Lucas, it is beautiful.  Coconuts was our favorite small bar and they have primo tacos al carbon.  Have a great time and don't buy silver from the people on the street.  It's cheap .925 and you'll do much better in the shops.  Have fun, I wish I were going.

  3. Most of these places mentioned above are popular with tourists, but there is actually a place in SJD that was very good, clean and right on the beach; had FRESH lobster from that morning (unlike the frozen ones that they serve at some places in the marina). I wish I could remember the name. If you're coming from CSL, it's right before you get to SJD; sorry, i know this doesn't help. My best advise is that you get somebody that actually lives in SJD to get direct you to local restaurants with awesome seafood.

  4. go to La Marina, there's  a huge mall, with lots of good places to eat, and its beautiful, there's also a little place call DOLCE VITA, Italian food its Delicious, but you'll have to ask how to get there its downtown i think in front of a government office, it's  a really great place and for the day excursion, make sure you tray the ones offered in hotels.

  5. I don't know of any there, but I have eaten at Senor Frogs below.

  6. Hey, is the Giggling Marlin still around down south of the border?

Had some great times there, most of which I don't remember at all...

  7. I enjoyed Alexanders in downtown Cabo. It is a very upscale restaurant. This is one of the most expensive restaurants in the area, but the food is excellent. I also enjoy any of the restaurants down by the marina. It is a beautiful setting. Allot of times there are sales people right outside any of those restaurants that will give you some kind of deal. Let it be free drinks or free appetizer or maybe even a buy one get one free. Its allot of fun to try and barter with them. I was only there a week but did go to Alexanders 3 times for the Lobster.

  8. There's a Sushi place by the marina near Cabo Wabo best sushi in town try it dont remember the name but ask the locals
