  1. I have a pretty large head and my Smith Phenom goggles fit me really well.  I've used Oakley Wisdom goggles in the past and they had a smaller fit and the lens quality wasn't as good.  If you want something really big, you could go for an eyeglass-specific model, but most of those are almost comically big.  I'd say either a Smith Phenom or Prodigy would be a good choice (it'll probably cost you about all of those 140 paypal bucks though).

  2. I know your problem.  I have always gone with the Smith goggle.  They are comfortable and I like the ones with the built in Fan for deep stuff.

Sunglasses are a whole different matter.  I have ended up going with the RayBan in the Aviatior Model.  They have the largest lense available and I my large noggin they almost look normal.  The other thing about the Rayban is you can order them really dark and with all the UV protection that you need.

Good Luck and make some turns for me!

  3. Smith goggles are great.  The 'prodigy' is larger than the 'phenom' as mentioned earlier so may work better for you.

    Happy skiing!
