What are some great vacation getaways?

I'm wanting to take a vacation and don't really know where to go. I was thinking somewhere in the mountains since I love the snow sports. But just give me some ideas. Any place and anytime of the year.

If you like mountains try canada or Alaska. If you want something closer try mount Bullaor Mount Baw Baw.

For something more tropical and different you should go to the great Barrier reef in Queensland or to Hawaii. Im going there in September.
