Question:

What are some great vitamins, nutrients or over the counter meds for Joint pain (Elbow, Wrist, Knees, etc...)?

I have pain in my joints from working out and advil, aspirin etc.. dont seem to be helping with the pain in my elbows, knees. What is the best thing besides fish oils to help out (quickly!!) Thanks

  1. they say tylenol is good for sore muscles, try it and see, GL !


  2. Glucosamine without a doubt should help, i have had similar problems and it really does help and a few mates at my Gym have also taken this supplement and it's worked for them.
