ac does not remove c**p in the air, it just cools it. I can't think of any health risks in fact the overall air quality should improve. it takes power to run all those ac units which make more crappy air.

Passengers open the windows, stick their heads out, then get hurt when other vehicles hit their heads.

This is not a joke.  There really was a child killed sticking a head out of a school bus window.
