  1. Water, cranberry spritzers (cranberry juice and diet lemon lime soda) Low sodium juice milk

  2. Try some juice.

Never energy drinks because they aren't very healthy to your body.

  3. If you want flavor, combine frozen fruits (i.e strawberry, mangoes, peaches etc) with low sugar/natural OJ (or other fruit juice) in a blender. The frozen fruits will give it texture. You may need to add a touch of splenda or sugar for taste.

Milk, unless it's organic, is oftentimes full of hormones that are pumped into cows.

  4. Coconut water, milk, fruit or vegetable juice without sugar are the best drinks.

  5. V8

  6. Milk, water. Go natural - it's usually healthy.

  7. s***n

  8. water is the best way to go. No calories, and it fills you up! The perfect drink. That way you don't waste your calories on a drink so you can eat more fooodddd!!!!

  9. If your looking for a healthy energy drink then FRS is the way to go!

http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html has more info if you want to check it out.

  10. water is the best and you should have a half gallon everyday.  Watch out for fruit juices-  most do not contain 100% juice and have added sugars.  Some freshly squeezed oj is fab.  Here are two smoothies recipes I got from prevention.com

Try this one before a big test. Blueberries and raspberries are both loaded with antioxidants that help protect the brain from free-radical damage, which can improve cognitive processing. The berries here aren’t just super food for your brain; they also offer an important cancer-fighting bonus.

    The Immunizer

Beyond the vision-protecting capacity of beta-carotene, found abundantly in orange fruits and vegetables, researchers also believe the powerful carotenoid is vital for fortifying the immune system, which means this beta blast could be the first line of defense against sickness.
